Store policies
Shipping policy — marketplace guidance
Orders are expected to ship within 1–5 business days. Vendors should communicate any delays promptly. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; the vendor should clearly communicate the expected timeline and provide timely updates about any changes.
Returns & refunds policy — marketplace guidance
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled by the vendor who fulfilled your order. Most vendors accept returns within 30 days of delivery unless the product listing says otherwise. Items should be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective. Perishable goods, personalized or custom-made products, and digital downloads may not be eligible for return; check the product listing for any exceptions.
