Welcome to my store! My name is Kristyn. I created Neighborhood Collective from a love for my community and art. In-between wrangling my two toddlers, I draw new designs, test new products, and upload new listings for all of you to enjoy! Some things about me include: - I grew up in Erie, PA but moved to Pittsburgh, PA for college and fell in love with the city/ - I hold a bachelor's degree from Point Park University. - I worked in the sign industry for about five years post-graduation and became a stay-at-home mom when I had my first child. - I enjoy going to community events, spending time with my family, working out, cooking, and creating new doodles to become my products! Shipping Policy
Products are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production of all products. We do our best to get all orders out within 5 business days. All orders will ship via USPS Ground unless discussed otherwise before the order.
Return Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, no returns or cancellations will be accepted.
Exchanges only. 30 days window.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
