Meet the Makers: The HammaJack Story

HammaJack Heat Co. was born out of a passion for quality ingredients and a DIY spirit that fits right in with the Pittsburgh hustle. After years of making their hot sauce for fun, Lisa decided she wanted to make it into a business. She started with a simple mission: to create a hot sauce that actually tastes like the peppers it’s made from, without the artificial fillers or massive salt counts you find in grocery store bottles.

Every bottle is a labor of love—slow-simmered, bottled by hand, and packed with enough personality to make a Stiller fan proud.
