Pierogi STL file β print your own pocket-sized Pittsburgh pierogi
The pierogi STL file is the digital download for Pocket Perogi β the pocket-sized smiling Pittsburgh pierogi with optional articulated fidget legs. Print at home in PLA on any standard FDM printer. Two versions in the download: with fidget legs and without.
Print, paint, pocket
The pierogi STL prints clean on default settings, no supports needed. Paint it like a real pierogi (the maker uses acrylics on the originals), leave it raw beige, or go wild with a non-traditional palette β pink, holographic, glow-in-the-dark, whatever your filament rack offers. Print a fleet for stocking stuffers; print one to live in your jacket pocket all winter.
What’s in the download
A compressed folder with the Pocket Perogi STL file(s) β both the legless and the articulated-fidget-legs versions. Designed for default 0.2mm layer height in PLA, prints without supports on standard FDM printers (Bambu, Prusa, Ender, etc.). Personal-use license.
Who this is for
3D printer owners who want Pittsburgh-themed prints designed by an actual Pittsburgh maker (not lifted from a tip site); parents printing characterful little things for their kids; classroom 3D-print programs; Pittsburgh expats with printers and a sense of humor about it; and anyone who’d rather print twenty pocket pierogi than buy one keychain.
Print & usage notes
3D-printed in PLA, finished by hand. Wipe with a dry cloth as needed; avoid leaving the figure in a hot car or direct summer sunlight for long stretches (PLA softens above ~60Β°C / 140Β°F). Hand-painted versions hold up well to normal handling but treat them like art, not a chew toy.
Print tips for Pocket Perogi
Default 0.2mm layer height in PLA, no supports. The download includes both the legless and the articulated-fidget-legs versions β the articulated version has printed-in-place joints that snap free during the final layers, so don’t pause the print mid-leg. For the most accurate-pierogi look, paint with acrylics after printing (the maker uses a beige base coat with light tan and brown shadows on the folds). For maker fairs, school projects, or party favors, a row of differently-painted pocket pierogi looks great printed in batches. The maker also welcomes feedback from printers β if you discover a clever color scheme, a particularly cute paint job, or a great use case (a row of stocking-stuffer pocket pierogi, a class project, a wedding-favor batch), send a picture; it might end up featured on the maker’s social.
