What are Yinz eating during events? 

This is so important. What are you doing to sustain yourself during events?

It took me awhile to realize just how long some of these events can be. And if I’m not fueling myself properly, I’m not at the top of my game. 

Making sure I stay healthy, energetic, and happy are the top goals for me. When I’m happy, I’m talking to customers in a way that can dramatically increase the potential for not only a sale, but a connection that can prosper for a much longer time! 



Some of my current favorites! 

I usually get sick of eating the same thing, so these will change often, but I have been able to stick to a “healthier” theme. 

  • Slim Jims have great protein, are easy to carry, have a long shelf life, and have been a staple of vending at shows! (Beware of your breath tho! haha These are best at out door events IMO)
  • There must be 20 million kinds of trail mix out there now! I don’t hate it, in fact, keep making more of them! Love me some great combinations!
  • Sometimes I feel as though I’m training to be an astronaut! Thats because there are so many dried and frozen fruit options now available at much more affordable prices!

    This is so great! My partner and I have really been trying to eat fruits at these events, but we haven’t tried the dried and frozen options yet!
