NASM-Certified Personal Trainer Charles Williams – Morning Sessions

I’m Charles Williams, and I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer. 

I take the time to listen to your goals, understand your challenges, and provide the expert guidance you want every step of the way.  If you are ready to make a lasting change and transform your fitness perspective, please consider hiring me for a single session, a 1-week program, a 1-month program, or a 3-month program. 

You don’t have to face your fitness goals alone. Together, we will build a plan around you. I’ll keep you accountable, encourage you when you need it most, and celebrate every victory, no matter how big or small. I’m here to ensure that each step you take moves you closer to the body and lifestyle you’re going for.

My approach goes beyond just showing up for your sessions; I offer consistent feedback, scheduled check-ins, and a program that’s proven to get results—because your success is personal to me.

You don’t have to fight for your fitness goals alone, I would love to try and help. I’m based out of New Kensington, and I’m willing to meet at the facility of your choosing. I regularly train at the New Ken YMCA and Greatness Athletics in Tarentum.
